All warranty exchanges are handled through the Authorized Dealer you had purchased from. If you run into any issues for any reason, please reach out to us
and we will resolve the issue between both parties. Harmony Audio stands by a 1-year Limited Warranty on all products that are sold through Authorized Harmony Audio dealers, the warranty begins on the date the product was purchased. Any replacement subwoofer will continue the warranty of the original purchase and will not renew on each return. Warranty is covered from the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred, if you run into a problem with any products from Harmony Audio, please reach out to us and we will ensure that all issues are resolved immediately. Discontinued or Out of Stock Items may be replaced with similar certified or B stock replacement items.
Warranty is Not transferable and is voided if product is refunded by the vendor for any reason.

The Warranty does not cover
- Any purchase from an unauthorized dealer.
- Physical Damage or improper installation of the item
- Misuse of Product (e.g, running inappropriate OHM or wattage levels, and running hazardless)
- Water or other weather damage.
- Any cost related to the installation or removal of items
- Return Shipping costs
- Repeated returns may lead to the consideration of product Abuse
Harmony Audio is not responsible for any damage because of the use of the products. By using Harmony Audio Products, you understand that all responsibility
lies with you on handling the product. Harmony Audio is not responsible for any Damage to Person or Property, Hearing Loss or Vision, and fires. Continuous
operation of an Amplifier speaker or subwoofer, in clipped or overpowered manner can have potential risks involved, please ensure that proper safety or installation guidelines are followed.
